latitude and longitude saving negative values should be restricted.

if app testing on an emulator or simulator, the default location for these virtual devices might be set to a location in the United States (such as the coordinates you mentioned: latitude 37.4219983 and longitude -122.084).In mobile devices current location latitude and logitude will fetch.it will be positive
