• Based on Administration changes, the customer adds/updates requirements originally specified in the initial approved proposal and work order.
• Changes in workflow and features are reported during the project duration

The requirement/workflow changes coming under the project's scope will be recorded in the attached document. The document will be accessible to all team members and approving authorities. The SRS document will be updated once every two months with these changes in workflow or features and subsequently get approved by the authority.
