Description
If a member with completed_status 'P' is transferred from a house, then the following issues are observed in that house:
1. Unable to view family details (via 'View Family' option).
2. Unable to view or add relationship.
Alert message showing like 'Please complete the member survey to add/edit grouping /relation data'.
