Issues reported from the client for the release on 26.01.2024

Please see release APKs modified to handle the old records in the system according to the following suggestions shared at

Video recordings done by app testing connected to UAT2 also shared.

Please ensure the completion status field for old records in PHS for house, member and family to set as P

Suggested changes to handle old records in PHS
• The completion status will have three values P,M and F
o P - The value for identifying records from old system
o M - The mandatory requirements + some more fields but not full data status
o F - Full data requirement as per defined conditions
• Old records completion status will be P for all records of house, member and family (3 tables involved)
• App to allow member survey add/edit only if completion status of house survey is not P
• App to allow grouping survey add/edit only if completion status of member survey is not P
• The app side - house survey save and edit all the completion status field wherever completion status previously saved as P change to value M
• The app side - member survey save and edit all the completion status field wherever completion status previously saved as P change to value M
• The app side - family survey save and edit all the completion status field wherever completion status previously saved as P change to value M
• The app side - dashboard partial count for house, member, family to be taken as P+M (to consider both old and new partial records from app)
