Description
Radio button 'Not Known' selected by default for LSG No in View House survey .The issue found in old records . Please see the screen recording attached.
- The issue may happen if lsg_status in ph_house_survey table is set as N and lsg_house_no has data in the field.
- C-DAC requested a data level checking from UAT1 database for identifying this issue.
