Values are getting dis-appeared from some fields on House survey screen after data syncing. The issue observed in the case of newly surveyed houses.

1. LSG House No(Radio button)
2. Total No. of members in House
3.Electrification Status

The values are available in the DB, getting dis appeared from front end only.
