Description
eHealth Comments:
Transaction history not found in both local & postgres DB.
Table : ph_house_survey_history , ph_member_survey_history
The latest updates successfully saved in house & member survey but these transaction tables found no data in both sides.
TODO:
Test apk release on 06.10.2023 and resolve issues.
Check for 'No' text inserted instead of N.

Need to track changes and log for the following entries:
- Occupancy Status -
- Source of Water – Drinking-
- Solid Waste Disposal-
- Liquid Waste Disposal-
- Animals and Pets-
- Well-
Issues identified:
- Changed only occupancy status and well, but with more entries in the log table
- The fields that do not have values also get some value in the table
- Entries needed only if field change is there
- multiple sets of records are in the server for a single data field change.
- Well_status entry ‘No’ or ‘N’?
Member Survey:
- Nativity
- Individual Category
- Major Health Issues(Yes or No option) If Yes Select
- Type of Disability(Yes or No option) Are you a smoker/ex-smoker? with Yes/NO
- if yes disability details
- Are you a smoker/ex-smoker? with Yes/NO
- At what age did you start smoking?
- smoking details
- Do you use tobacco products with Yes No
- Are you a drinker? with Yes No
For the member survey, only data changed rows to insert. Not changed rows are also inserted.
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
- Assignee changed from Aswathy M G to Jiji P B
- % Done changed from 90 to 100
- Status changed from New to Closed
