eHealth PHS

For existing data in PHS (UAT DB), for QR scanned Aadhaar, the Street Name is empty for several records. In the current app version, QR-scanned Aadhaar numbers and the information extracted through the scan are not modifiable in the Member Survey Edit form. Hence not able to proceed with the updation of those member records. Needs to resolve either in PH server or have to allow editing of those values in app. Inputs from eHealth needed.

1. In aadhaar scan procedure the details received from scan is only edited in rescanning , manual editting is not possible. Need to talk with ehealth if any updation
