The eHealth Public Health Management System is a comprehensive, integrated digital platform designed to streamline the planning, execution, and monitoring of public health initiatives across all administrative tiers—from grassroots health workers to district-level health authorities. The solution offers both web and mobile interfaces to ensure real-time accessibility and operational efficiency.

Key functional modules include:

• Health Workforce Coordination: Enables task allocation, digital workplans, and submission of structured work reports by frontline health personnel (e.g., JPHNs, JHIs).
• Programmatic Scheduling & Monitoring: Facilitates centralized scheduling and progress tracking of national and state-level public health programs.
• Outpatient Clinic & JAK Management: Provides digital tools for the operational management of OP clinics and Jan Arogya Kendras (JAKs), including patient flow, clinic scheduling, and service delivery metrics.
• Pharmaceutical Stock Management: Tracks the availability, distribution, and consumption of medicines and medical supplies to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.
• Disease Surveillance & Control: Supports integrated communicable disease surveillance, vector control surveys, and timely health data reporting from the field.
• Community-Level Health Interventions: Digitizes the planning and execution of village-level health surveys, awareness campaigns, health clubs, and JAK meetings to promote community engagement.
