The issues reported along with status listed below:

• Graphical Interface not available in main menu page

• Pie chart implementation done

• Transaction data log- House and member survey

• Resolved

• PH Member transfer

• Member listing in merge transferred member- before member transferring (need to check) Implementation pending as there are design changes involved with introduction of new tables

• MLSP login – not working

• The issue with the provided MLSP user as "hospital ID not found issue" was identified and found that hospital type ID returned for the user is 75
• As per the current implementation, hospital type ID should be either SubCentre or Basic Section (IDs 1 and 2)

• Basic section not showing in profile

• Resolved

• In Relationship mapping page, issue exists with saving head of family - Save button enabled for multiple save

• Resolved

• Aadhaar duplication – existing in member survey (both app and API level )

• API level Implementation pending.
