Description

Develop Geo-fencing with sound alert notifications

Modify the geo-fencing panel to use the Dynamic Text Panel and Leaflet.js instead of the Geomap plugin.
Render the map using TileServer GL,
mark buoy locations,
and implement threshold-based calculations for sound alert notifications.
