• Add an option to allow user to enter a new member service details which is not listed in the pension claim page
• Fields to accept member id, name, dob and gender and supporting docs. The verify button.

The member id and service details being newly added by the member during transfer process will be checked for the name, dob and gender of the primary UAN against which the service is getting linked.
verify button to be included. the above checking to be done. the member id should be exists (source). the service to which this is being added should match the name, gender, dob of the primary member service (member id) to which it is getting transferred (destination).
Exception to the above is when the establishment of the service being added is in closed status. (in which case there is no authority to do basic details change)

• The user does not see his/her service in list. So provision to add a new service by member itself.
• Provision to add member ID, name, dob, gender. supporting documents.
• The case treated as a transfer.
• The DA will be able to process the claim only after such transfer cases are processed.
• The tables to insert will be intimated by C-DAC Pune.
• Based on member id, the transfer request flows to respective FO to process.
• The existence of member ID should be checked and only in verified cases, allowed to submit claim by member.
