Description

In member search, if multiple conditions are selected an option to clear one by one must be possible from the search screen itself.

Actions

The NCD search screen prototype allows dynamic management of dropdown fields.
Fields can be added or removed directly from the dropdown itself.
If multiple conditions are selected, click the close icon next to the item to remove that field.
New items can be added by selecting them from the dropdown.
Selected items are shown in an expandable tile for data input.
Any items removed from the dropdown are dynamically removed from the tile.
