Develop to retrieve members based on search parameter values along with

• diseases the member is registered across all sources such as PH App, PH Web, and HMS (to control the visibility of NCD service type options );
• count of search results; If more than 50 responses refine the search and otherwise return the member list;

This activity is dependent on the finalization and provision of database access by the eHealth PMU.
