Description

Create a non-editable view of pension claim form with options to download the files uploaded by the member (downloaded from temp locations kept in json)
Aadhaar consent to move to preview screen.
UI field to enter OTP, approve button, Form submit button.
Handle download of files from server for files uploaded by the member
