Description

Call DB functions.
Read DB response json and parse for pension eligibility status.
For not eligible, develop function to generate rejection letter pdf.
Define folder structure and file name convention for rejection letter PDF.
Include the location and file and return JSON.
If eligible for pension, return the JSON
Handle exceptions
Do Logging in Log file on response times.
