Called dummy service to simulate responses in NCD member search.

Rendered the UI with simulated responses using model for member search the list showing the sorted members are populated with the fields metioned.

Developed logic for controlling the visibility of screening options for ncd Follow-up, based on the ncfolloupeligibility value from the response data.
