First image clicked then manual Enty came as default. then added an extra lesion saved it and again clicked Update with AI then the image looks like this.

- Status changed from New to In Progress
when someone updating the results with AI after marking the lesions manually, then the manually marked lesions will get change and AI results will replace there.
(So in the development side, will add an alert msg for this.)
