Explore and implement on handling app updates from Google Playstore
- Before updating, prompt the user to upload sync data.
- If the sync fails, may allow the user to choose to remove unsynched data and proceed with update or prevent app update -- need discussion with eHealth
- After the update, online authenticate, and download all master and user-master, survey data.
