Description

Please create a new property debug_msg to return the following

returned_sqlstate, message_text, pg_exception_context as a concatenated string value from all exception handling blocks of uploadsyncphddata .

The same need not be handled in the app.

If the response is getting logged in log4j, the debug message will also be logged as part of response.
