Check the feasibility of following in app code

eHealth suggested sync failed record handling can be modified as per the following.

• A delete option to be provided for Aadhaar duplicated members in sync failed list. The app user can opt to delete the corresponding member data along with associated family, ecr and ration card records (soft delete? Please confirm.)
• Other sync failed records will be kept in device and will be selected for subsequent upload synch also.
• On ASHA Block switch, the user will be alerted Data pending for synchronization. An ASHA Block switch will delete all records pending synchronization. Do you want to proceed with ASHA Block switch?. If user selects to proceed with ASHA Block switch, all records including pending synchronization will get deleted from device. And data for the new ASHA Block will be downloaded.
