Description
The passport number pattern needs to be changed due to differences in passport number pattern in different countries.(in both 'Basic' and 'Socio- Nativity- Foreigner' tabs.

The foreigner is one who moves out to another country for a long period of time. It is assumed the passport will be of indian. Need confirmation from eHealth.
