Simultaneously upload/download sync for different users / ASHA Block with simulated data

Get master tables updated with currently configured users in Keycloak.
Connect to local API instance and check functionality same with UAT deployed DB and API
Test for synchronizing data for a real scenario of ASHA Blocks such as 1000 houses and 6000 members.
Check for time performance and optimization approaches.
