The issue with the provided MLSP user as "hospital ID not found issue" was identified and found that hospital type ID returned for the user is 75
As per the current implementation, hospital type ID should be either SubCentre or Basic Section (IDs 1 and 2)

Request further inputs from cient for the requirement for adding a new institution type.
