To implement the following in location settings page of survey: * Upload not-synched data to central database datastore * Remove data from mobile device. Warning if there are are data which was not synched - _As data will be lost upon switching the ward_ . device * Download location (selected ward) specific data (list of colonies) to app * Incremental updates sync for lookup data. selected ward
