Y-axis channel labels overlapping in EEG visualization plot

Description

When plotting EEG signals with multiple channels (e.g., 14 or more), the y-axis channel labels appear compressed and overlap vertically. This makes the labels unreadable on the left side of the plot. The issue occurs because Matplotlib automatically compresses the y-axis tick labels when there are too many channels to display.
