Description

We need to explore and integrate the Annotorious v2 OpenSeadragon plugin
into our existing WSI image viewer.
This plugin provides annotation features (drawing shapes, tagging, region selection) on OpenSeadragon images.

Annotorious currently integrated with OSD implementation in DigiPatho.Global

Implement for the following:
  • Upgrade OSD to latest version. If includes major changes in code for upgradation, can skip
  • Upgrade annotorious to latest version. If includes major changes in code for upgradation, can skip
  • By default, annotorious allows to create custom popups for editing annotation content. Instead of the default comment/tag input, implement for a custom react.js/javascript component for a dropdown <select> element. This dropdown to be used for listing cateogry such as Normal, Benign and so on...
