The image upload, status updates, and AI-discovered annotations sync from .Local to .Global to follow with the assignment of slide images to cytologist for analysis. The assignment logic should prioritize cytologists with the fewest pending tasks and also take into account institution-specific privileges assigned to experts. For each slide image, a Level 1 cytologist with the appropriate institution-privileges will be assigned. In cases where multiple eligible cytologists are available within an institution, the system will assign the slide to the cytologist with the least number of pending analyses.
The functionality will be part of API for status/AI annotations sync from .Local to .Global
