Design a JSON schema to return a flag with pension eligbility status, reasons if not eligbile, reference number from table; return member details + lookup required for form (enclosures master,..) if eligible. Share JSON format
Develop a database procedure to check:
All conditions for pension eligibility to check + whether member primary MID-establishment associates with the RO where the member submitting the claim.
If the UAN shows that one or more linked MIDs have not been transferred to the primary account, the claim will be rejected. The rejection letter will indicate the reason.

If not eligible for pension, insert a record in table (table?) and generate a reference number for the claim received. A new table to design.

Return not-eligible reason list.
