Develop API in DigiPatho.Global application to fetch the patient list from DigiPatho.Global based on input Screening Camp ID (which identifies Screening Camp location along with screening camp date)
Table to refer: dp.sc_camp_details, dp.sc_registration, dp.sc_counselling, dp.sc_examination

The fetched details to include:
- basic demographic details.
- Counseling done for all disease types
- whether Smear collected / how many? Oral (4 smears), Cervical (1 smear)
