  • Change function name mas_upload_sync_data as fs_upload_sync_data
  • CREATE TEMP TABLE to be outside of the iteration loops.
  • Generation of next sequence numbers for primary key fields -- how work in case of concurrent access? Add ON CONFLICT clause with INSERT
  • survey_datetime can be the data from request json and not now()
